Five teams, one chain
Metering is a long chain: installing the meter, reading it, calculating the share, producing the document and answering the dispute are separate jobs. When they are split across different companies, responsibility splits with them. At Novus all five sit under one roof.
These teams have been doing the same work since 2015 — but not in the same way. Wired reading gained wireless and LoRaWAN alongside it, telegram decoding became something we write ourselves, and field reading moved from paper to an offline mobile application. Experience is measured less by counting years than by being able to renew the method.

The teams
Field and installation
The part of the work that ends in the building. Installation, commissioning, fault response, and removing and refitting meters for inspection.

Why there are no names and photographs here
Publishing employees’ names, titles and photographs means processing personal data. Under Turkish data protection law each of those requires separate explicit consent, and creates an erasure obligation when someone leaves. We describe what the teams do instead — which is what actually tells you whether the work will be done properly.

We do not manufacture meters. What we do is choose the right device for the building, install it, commission it, read it and keep its inspection date. That works because of the manufacturers behind it.
