Where we are and where we work
Remote reading works regardless of distance — but installation, fault response and meter inspection are done on site. That is why the distinction below matters: in two cities we have an office, in three we have work.

Head office, in Çekmeköy on the Anatolian side. Engineering, software and field teams work from here, and it is where most of our projects are. We cover both sides of the city with the same team.

Branch office in Karşıyaka. More than five thousand units in the city are metered and allocated by us — Folkart Time, Folkart Life, Folkart İncity, Trademark Bornova, 232 Flora, Mavişehir Modern 4, Atılgan Oasis, Mahal Bomonti and Yenitepe İzmir among them.

Branch opening is in progress. Nine projects have already been completed with the central team — Next Level AVM, Nev Ofis, Mahal Ankara, Kuvars Kule and Nefis Çankaya among them — mainly meter replacement and periodic inspection.

Service areas
No office in these cities. Reading, cost allocation and document production run without interruption because they do not depend on location; installation, fault response and inspection are scheduled visits.
No office here; work is run by the central team. Rüyakent Prestij, Larasu Evleri and Esas67 Shopping Centre are read and allocated by us.

No office here; work is run by the central team. Even so, our single largest project is in Antalya: Sur Yapı Evleri, where more than six thousand units are read, allocated and maintained by us.
