Novus Platform
Novus Platform is the web application that holds remote reading records, cost allocation calculations and issued documents in one place. Building management and residents see the same data, so “where did this charge come from” has an answer on screen.
One company measures and writes the software
The market splits into two models: companies that measure and hand the data to someone else’s software, and platforms that provide software and subcontract the measurement. In both, responsibility bounces between two parties when something goes wrong.
At Novus the same system reads the meter, calculates the share and issues the document. If an index is wrong, where it came from is traceable, and the correction propagates through the whole chain at once.
What the platform holds
- One data model — dealer, project, loop, block, independent unit, meter. Every screen sits on this tree and permissions are distributed from it.
- Six roles — system administrator, dealer manager, project manager, block manager, field technician and resident. Each user sees only the projects they are granted.
- Five-tab billing wizard — scope, period, parameters, additional charges and comparison. An unfinished period is kept as a draft.
- Early warning — silent modems, dropping M-Bus line voltage, unresponsive meters, meter error codes, frozen indices and abnormal consumption are surfaced the same day.
- Field application — readings continue without connectivity inside the building; a tour cannot close with an empty meter.
Who built it
The platform is developed by NovuSoft, the software company within the same group. Product documentation, module list and deployment models are published on its own site: novusoft.com.tr.
Because the company that measures and the company that writes the software sit under one roof, a wrong index can be traced to its origin and corrected across the whole chain at once.
