From the meter to the invoice
We read the meter, calculate the share and issue the document. Keeping the whole chain in one system is what makes an index traceable when something looks wrong.

Remote Meter Reading
Remote meter reading is the transfer of index values from calorimeters, water meters and heat cost allocators to a central system over a wired or wireless network, without entering the individual apartment. Nobody has to be at home on reading day, and because no figure is copied by hand, transcription errors disappear.
Heat Cost Allocation
Heat cost allocation is the distribution of a building’s total energy consumption among its individual units according to measured consumption. In Türkiye it rests on Law no. 5627 on Energy Efficiency and the Regulation on the Allocation of Heating and Domestic Hot Water Costs in Central Heating and Domestic Hot Water Systems, published in Official Gazette no. 26847 of 14 April 2008.
Heat Meter Inspection and Calibration
Heat meters and water meters in Türkiye are subject to periodic inspection under Law no. 3516 on Weights and Measures. A meter whose stamp period has expired is not a valid measuring instrument, and consumption recorded by it can be disputed. Inspection verifies that the device still measures within its permitted error margin; where it does not, the meter is replaced.
Mechanical Systems and Refurbishment
Mechanical refurbishment covers the renewal of a building’s water and heating distribution: riser lines, distribution manifolds, heat substations and the balancing equipment between them. The work is carried out in an occupied building, which makes it a scheduling problem as much as an engineering one.
We also provide heat meter verification and calibration, meter supply and installation, and mechanical systems refurbishment. These pages are currently published in Turkish — see the Turkish services section or get in touch and we will answer in English.
