We started working in remote meter reading and heat cost allocation in 2015 and were incorporated in 2018 in Çekmeköy, Istanbul as NOVUS ENERJİ SİSTEMLERİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. We work across mechanical systems, energy metering and building automation — supply, engineering and installation.

What we do
- Remote meter reading — wired M-Bus, wireless M-Bus and LoRaWAN; 25 meter brands read regularly, manufacturer-independent.
- Heat cost allocation — heating, domestic hot water, cold water, cooling and electricity allocated to individual units and documented.
- Verification and calibration — five-year periodic inspection of heat meters under Law no. 3516, complaint inspections, calibration and battery replacement.
- Mechanical systems — pipework modernisation, central heating refurbishment, heat substations, fire systems.
Authorisation
Novus Enerji is measurement company no. 186, authorised by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change. Cost allocation documents are issued under this authorisation.
Track record
Selected figures: 560 domestic hot water meters replaced at Elit Grand Palas in about 25 days; roughly 130 measurement points from DN20 to DN150 installed at Starcity Shopping Mall in about 3 months; corroded pipework replaced at Pırlanta Göztepe while the site stayed occupied, with the longest water interruption lasting 2 hours.
